At Another Season Consignments, all sales are final due to the unique nature of our curated inventory. However, if an item was significantly misrepresented or arrived damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
Review Your Order
Upon receiving your shipment, carefully inspect all items to ensure they match the description and condition noted in the original listing.
Contact Support
If there is a discrepancy or damage, email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the item in question.
Return Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Receive Store Credit
After we receive and process your returned item, a store credit will be issued to your account for use on any future seasonal finds.
